As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team of 5 Inside Sales/Business Development Representatives. This role is ideal for a high-potential sales leader ready to step into people management and help drive pipeline growth through coaching, process improvement, relationship building with School Partnership Directors, and daily team support. The Junior Manager will play a key role in frontline execution, ensuring team success against outreach, KPIs, meeting-setting, and early pipeline development goals.
