Execute daily risk operations workflows: triage merchant underwriting applications, manage the transaction monitoring review queue, and process dispute responses with accuracy and speed.
Monitor payout operations for exceptions and anomalies — flag holds, negative balances, and edge cases before they become merchant-facing problems.
Track and report on key risk metrics — fraud rates, dispute rates, onboarding SLAs, exception aging — and surface trends before they become incidents.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in risk operations, fraud operations, payments operations, trust & safety, or a closely related function.
Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data analysis; able to pull, slice, and interpret operational data without needing someone to do it for you.
Process-oriented mindset: you like things documented, repeatable, and improvable. You write things down.
