About the role:
- Provide consulting services to a financial services client for retail bank construction.
- Lead ground-up and renovation projects in Florida, with travel of 20%-40% weekly.
What you'll do:
- Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Review budgets, contracts, and construction schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with 5-8 years experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
