Job Description

The Director of Sales, Enterprise Dealer will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to our Top 50 Automotive Dealer Groups. You will be a hands-on coach who sets the tone for sales excellence, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help accelerate Experian Automotive's presence in the market and strengthening relationships with our most important clients. Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team focused on strategic growth within the Top 50 dealer groups. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales and account management talent. Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings alongside your team to model relationship-building excellence. Collaborate with pricing, legal, implementation, and product teams to support complex sales and renewals. Leverage Experian's unique data assets to build tailored solutions for key accounts. Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline reporting and forecasting. Lead and coordinate RFP efforts to ensure competitive and timely responses. Promote a culture with a focus on customer experience, accountability, and results.
