Senior Employee Relations Partner

As a Senior Employee Relations Partner, you will:

• Provide specialist expertise for France and Netherlands related ER topics.
• Partner with the Legal team, support Workers Council(s) engagement in these locations for ER topics.
• Partner with the PBP and ER teams with local country and compliance projects.

In this role, you will:

• Provide guidance to elevate performance and capability and implement local processes as required to address ongoing performance issues.
• Lead investigations on employee relations matters and potential policy violations to evaluate and effectively address issues
• Create guidelines, best practice research, and training to educate employees, managers, and other members of HR in how to mitigate and properly address behavioral issues in the workplace.
