Job Description

Act as the strategic driver of sales excellence at Rad AI, reporting directly to the RevOps leadership. You’ll design and execute a world-class enablement strategy that empowers our commercial team to consistently exceed targets. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools, content, and confidence to win complex deals across enterprise health systems and independent radiology groups. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to turn our go-to-market strategy into repeatable field execution. Responsibilities include building the enablement function, driving field productivity, partnering with Product and Marketing for launch excellence, creation and distribution of sales content, architecting onboarding and learning programs, measuring program effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.
