Job Description

As our first dedicated Account Executive in Europe, you’ll define how Elicit lands and expands in complex enterprise environments like life sciences, biotech, and pharma. You’ll partner directly with our founders and product team to craft strategy, build playbooks, and close high-value deals that change how research gets done. This role is a chance to help create a new category at the intersection of AI and science. You'll own and close enterprise deals, manage the full sales cycle for key opportunities, from discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and signature. Run highly consultative sales processes, map complex research workflows, uncover pain points, and co-develop solutions with researchers, scientists, and executives. You will also tailor technical value, translating AI capabilities into tangible business and research outcomes, whether for a head of R&D, a chief economist, or a lab director.
