Director, Sales Americas

Grow and lead our sales efforts across North, Central, and South America. This role is critical to driving regional revenue growth, developing high-performing account executives, and ensuring our sales strategy is executed effectively. In this position, you’ll take a hands-on and strategic approach to building pipeline, closing business, and supporting the Americas market. You’ll hire and lead a team of talented account executives, partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Channel Partners, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results that help Customer.io expand its footprint.
