As the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for technical, managerial, and professional roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise them on recruitment best practices. Responsibilities include updating job descriptions, crafting compelling job postings, designing effective screening methods, and conducting phone screens/interviews.
You will also maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system and lead recruitment team projects to support talent management, attraction, onboarding, and retention strategies. TDS Telecom is looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
