Manager of Closing

Responsibilities:

• Manage all talent acquisition efforts, oversee performance management, and provide feedback to team members.
• Cultivate a positive team culture, plan employee engagement, and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive environment.
• Lead projects, analyze data, and connect company-wide goals with department-level action items.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in loan processing or closing, with deep knowledge of RTC requirements and title exceptions.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and successfully executing projects from ideation to completion.
• Strong ability to manage performance, resolve conflict, and make data-driven decisions.
