- Manage the closing process for home equity investment transactions, ensuring all documents are accurately prepared.
- Serve as the point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate with settlement agents and title companies to prepare final disclosures and organize notary appointments.
About You:
- 2+ years of operations experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Mortgage.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate complex closing scenarios.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
