Responsibilities:
- Conduct training with individual and large provider groups, predominantly virtually, on risk adjustment documentation and coding.
- Audit medical records using MEAT criteria to ensure compliance and accurate HCC assignments.
- Generate detailed audit reports and analyze performance indicators to target high-risk areas.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience with coding and documentation, CPC and CRC required.
- Extensive knowledge of CMS and AMA coding guidelines and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, EMR, Encoder, and G-Suite.
