Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Customer Success team on billing-related topics, including charges, payment status, invoice clarification, and invoice delivery.
- Support the monthly financial closing process by reviewing and reconciling revenue and receivables data.
- Prepare supporting reports and information for Accounting and external audit teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with financial routines, particularly billing, accounts receivable, or receivables reconciliation.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
