Responsibilities:
- Create and drive execution of detailed projects, working in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
- Own communication with clients regularly to provide recommendations and manage expectations.
- Directly communicate with VP+ level executive stakeholders at customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in a customer facing role.
- Prior experience in change management, consulting, business analytics, client services, project management, or operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfort presenting to strategic stakeholders.
