About the Role:
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards & Compliance, this role manages HR compliance programs and employee relations.
- The position is remote and open to candidates in specific states, with travel to Melville, NY three times per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corrective actions, performance improvement plans, investigations, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other state/federal laws.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements.
