Shakepay is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Account Manager to drive their prospecting efforts with Canadian businesses and high-net-worth individuals. This role is focused on acquiring new customers through a personalized approach and targeted commercial execution. The responsibilities include identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and onboarding new clients onto our crypto platform.
Responsibilities include developing outbound prospecting, managing the sales cycle from first contact to client onboarding, tracking activities and conversion rates via HubSpot, and tailoring the Shakepay pitch to each prospect's needs. Collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams is expected, as is staying updated on digital asset trends. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, a good understanding of crypto markets, and excellent communication skills.
