Responsibilities:

  • Engage our self-service customer base in EMEA.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and the Head of Department to identify at-risk behaviors.
  • Produce one monthly regional video highlight or webinar.

Key Account Management:

  • Stabilize a portfolio of high-potential accounts.
  • Map and pursue expansion opportunities.
  • Run monthly check-ins to ensure customers are seeing ROI.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales Ops and the Head of Department.
  • Translate regional pain points into actionable insights.
  • Propose one new initiative every 4 weeks.
