Contract & Billing Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• Serve as the operational engine for the revenue cycle, overseeing the critical quote-to-cash process.
• Ensure deals are legally compliant and successfully submitted through procurement portals.

Responsibilities:

• Submit proposals and bids via enterprise and government e-procurement portals, attaching all required vendor and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and review statutory-language edits during contract negotiations.
• Reconcile inbound Purchase Orders (POs) against finalized agreements and provide final authorization for order fulfillment.

What Success Looks Like:

• Develop proficiency in the quote-to-invoice process and accurately process real quotes and invoices with minimal supervision.
• Decrease the previous month's backlog of PO and invoicing by 50%.
• Produce clean overage calculations and renewal reconciliations for accounts.

Who You'll Work With:

• Report to Teletask's executive leadership team and sit at the center of the revenue cycle, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation.
• The team is small by design, so the process you build becomes the way Teletask operates.
