Lead high-impact digital transformation and process improvement projects, typically delivering significant business value through AI, automation, and analytics.
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions to optimize business processes.
Develop and maintain technical process documentation, including process flows, RACI charts, and integration diagrams.

Qualifications:

10+ years leading digital transformation or process improvement initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Change Management certification required.
Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
