Continuous Improvement Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple process improvement projects simultaneously using Lean Six Sigma and RPA.
• Analyze current processes, define scope, and implement optimal solutions.
• Coach employees and promote CI methodologies across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and Black Belt certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement with measurable results.
• Strong project management and Microsoft Office skills.
