Role Overview:
- Lead organization-wide process improvement and systems governance initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and functional leaders to improve end-to-end performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map current-state and future-state processes, applications, integrations, and automations.
- Establish and chair a cross-functional Systems Governance Board with clear decision rights.
- Build and maintain automation inventories and prioritized roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
Experience Required:
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 7+ years in process improvement or business transformation.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives and building KPI frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
