Sr. Manager, Global People Operational Risk Manager

Job Description:

• This role owns and evolves the integrated risk management (IRM) program within the Global People organization.
• Ensures Global People operations are well-governed, audit-ready, and continuously monitored for risk exposure.
• Lean Six Sigma and process optimization expertise support the mission by identifying operational root causes of risk.

What you get to do in this role:

• Manage day-to-day risk workflows using the ServiceNow IRM application, including risk identification and assessments.
• Coordinate risk response tracking and create risk frameworks, control test scripts, and remediation tasks.
• Support enterprise risk reporting and keep dashboards current for leadership oversight.

Qualifications:

• Experience owning or operating a risk/compliance program with a strong GRC background.
• 8+ years in large-scale process transformation and operational improvement in a global environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred and experience with ServiceNow platform automation.
