About the Role:

• You will manage centralized Missing Information (MI) follow-ups to ensure verification cases progress efficiently.
• You will contact candidates and clients via email, phone, and chat to collect outstanding documentation.
• You will provide candidate-facing assistance and guidance throughout the background verification process.
