About the Role:
- This position manages a portfolio of commercial properties in the East Bay, CA.
- You will be the primary point of contact for owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations.
- Success is measured by trust, communication, and your ability to handle complex challenges.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee lease administration, including CAM estimates and reconciliations.
- Manage construction projects and maintenance of building systems.
- Handle accrual accounting and financial reporting for your portfolio.

- A thorough understanding of lease terms and lessor/lessee responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, customer-service mindset.
- Experience in property management, construction, and project management.
