This is a 1099, commission-only position designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate revenue and want uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify companies actively hiring engineering or technology professionals.
Reach out to hiring managers, technology leaders, and decision-makers.
Introduce Talent Connection’s recruiting services.

Qualifications:

Proven ability or strong track record in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
Comfortable generating new opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).

Compensation:

This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
High performers can realistically scale to $200K–$400K+ annually based on consistent client development and placements.
