- Manage CentralReach calendars for clinicians' availability and service schedules.
Data Input & Management:
- Oversee input and tracking of all hourly clinicians' availability.
- Review terminated and on-leave employees and update calendars.
- Support payroll functions by stewarding CentralReach conversions and timesheet audits.
Communication & Process Optimization:
- Provide superior stakeholder experience with clear communication.
- Steward new scheduling processes and partner on best practices.
- Maintain client privacy per HIPAA and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
