The role:
- Own the delivery system for cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership and visibility.
- Serve as a safety net, surfacing risks early without building a PMO bureaucracy.
- Steward AI-assisted intake and reporting using ClickUp.
What you are accountable for:
- Integrity of the delivery system and no surprise delivery risks reaching leadership.
- Intake process, single source of truth, prioritisation support, escalation, and cross-functional bridge.
What we are looking for:
- Significant experience delivering complex projects in fintech or regulated environments.
- Operator mindset with fluency in ClickUp, Slack, and AI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
