Primary Function:
- Clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci® Surgical System’s utilization.
- Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource; drive system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration.
- Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team.
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ambition and exceptional work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
