Internal Communications, Director (Individual Contributor)

About the Role:

• Lead internal communications to inform, align, and inspire employees across the company.
• Own Motive's internal narrative and communications cadence, translating company strategy into clear messaging.
• Partner closely with executives and Corporate Communications on crisis and high-stakes moments.

What You'll Do:

• Own strategy and execution of internal communications program, including All Hands and company-wide forums.
• Build internal video communications capability and evolve channel mix (Slack, intranet, email, video).
• Develop feedback mechanisms to measure employee sentiment and improve programs over time.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications at a high-growth company.
• Proven experience producing All Hands and executive forums, with strong storytelling and writing skills.
• Experience supporting crisis communications and using AI-enabled tools for messaging development.
