About the Role:
- Serve as the senior owner of KF’s core operational systems and ways of working.
- Report to the SVP People and Ops and lead cross-functional process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for operational process development.
- Design, oversee, and continuously improve cross-functional processes.
- Lead change management strategy for new and evolving processes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years professional experience, including 3+ years leading organizational process design.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- Strong track record building and sustaining operational systems at scale.
