The Role:
- Build, own, and lead Share's systems function end to end.
- Work at the intersection of network engineering and systems engineering.
- Be the person the team calls when a subscriber can't authenticate.
What You Will Own:
- FreeRADIUS proxy architecture with failover and per-partner instances.
- BNG integration support and provisioning pipeline.
- Infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and team leadership.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of systems or network engineering with FreeRADIUS in a production ISP environment.
- Deep expertise in FreeRADIUS, Linux, PPPoE, and RADIUS protocols.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and AI-augmented engineering workflows.
