Team Leadership and Development:
Hire, mentor, and develop a team of expert CSMs, fostering a culture of customer centricity.
Define onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that result in career growth for your team.
Coach your team to achieve KPIs including revenue retention and customer health.
Customer Success Strategy and Methodology:
Influence strategy and design of the customer success methodology, including implementation and adoption.
Drive adoption of effective portfolio prioritization, success planning, and risk management.
Establish executive level relationships, navigating issues and escalations effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including revenue operations, product, and marketing.
Contribute to transformational change in a fast-paced startup environment.
Represent your team and customers while working with Sales, Product and Marketing leaders.
