What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers to the Parachute Platform, ensuring smooth transitions and meeting critical timelines.
- Partner with HME Provider leaders to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace, tailoring the experience to each customer's goals.
- Collaborate with customers to launch new product features, gather feedback, and provide insights to the Product team.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes and operational efficiencies through digital transformation in a traditionally manual industry.
- Process-oriented with experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps, and strong analytical skills to drive decisions with data.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional projects, especially involving technology adoption or process modernization.
