Role Summary:
- Lead client implementations and system conversions as head of the Implementation team.
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of project managers and analysts for software-based product launches.
- Track progress and align business and IT roadmaps.
- Support sales with proposals and identify new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Healthcare Management; PMP preferred.
- 10+ years in SaaS implementation, 5+ in leadership.
- Strong communication and project planning skills.
