Who we are looking for:
- Someone who knows the difference between a satisfied client and a growing client.
- You are comfortable in a campaign dashboard and in a client conversation.
- You spot patterns before they become problems and can show your work.
What you will actually do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brand owners.
- Run onboarding sessions and advise on cross-channel marketing strategy.
- Lead campaign reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
What we want from you:
- 2–4 years of customer service experience in digital marketing based account management.
- Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels like Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube.
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn performance data into a clear narrative.
