Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Independently work and prioritize a workload of requests, providing telephone support to clients as needed.
  • Gather and preserve evidence for breach remediation, prepare communications, and liaise with creditors and agencies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Identify and report on trends, maintain knowledge of laws, prepare proposals, and manage document transfers and mailings.
  • Record detailed case notes into a database with strong accuracy and ensure closure of resolved incidents.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both Greek and English, written and verbal, with experience in a customer service environment.
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, in a remote position requiring occasional in-person events.
