Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to understand technical and team needs, define role requirements, and create compelling job descriptions. You'll own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates. You will source passive and active candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-priority roles in engineering, data engineering, DevOps, Product, cybersecurity, and IT. Drive a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey throughout the process. The role requires to use data and analytics to track recruiting metrics, report progress, and continuously optimize strategies. Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movements within healthcare tech. Promote employer branding initiatives that highlight our culture, mission, and technical challenges and ensure hiring practices comply with all employment laws and internal diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
