The Role:
- Take full commercial ownership of a defined portfolio of existing customers across the UK & I region.
- Act as a trusted advisor ensuring customers realize maximum value from their U4F solutions.
- Drive renewals, expansions, and long-term growth as part of a newly dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of U4F customers as their primary commercial contact and product advocate.
- Own customer retention and expansion outcomes, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct structured account reviews to understand customer priorities and future roadmap needs.
