Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting Synthesia’s growing sales teams, ensuring our sales motion is sufficiently productive and sales representatives are set up to succeed. The role will have a global remit and make a significant contribution to Synthesia’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Partner with GTM leaders to design territories, create equitable books of business and drive process adherence. Contribute to ongoing sales planning motions, ensuring the business hires to plan and is configured to meet targets. Provide insight on sales productivity and identify opportunities to drive greater performance. Design repeatable, scalable processes that promote sales process consistency and revenue predictability. Interrogate the sales funnel to provide insight on pipeline dynamics at the rep, team and territory level. Contribute towards the development of the PQL motion, ensuring that sales people are set up to receive and act on product-qualified leads.
