Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will be doing and owning:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Technical Support hiring, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
• Design and execute batch hiring events, coordinating hiring managers and logistics to hire cohorts efficiently.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and partnership with marketing teams.

How you will contribute:

• Support recruitment for Go-To-Market roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Support recruitment for Corporate roles across Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and ensure ATS hygiene.

What we look for:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with high-volume hiring success.
• Experience designing batch hiring events and Super Days.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach to recruiting.
