What You Will Do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical Support and Go-To-Market roles, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
- Design and execute batch hiring events and Super Days to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Partner with leadership to forecast needs and adjust strategy, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with batch events and recruiting for technical support or similar functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with Ashby or similar ATS, and familiarity with recruitment marketing.
- Ability to track and report on key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
