Your Role:
- Bridge the gap between Tenable products and customers.
- Support cutting-edge vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software.
Your Opportunity:
- Serve as primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Recreate issues in a lab, analyze scans and logs, and use AI tools.
What You'll Need:
- Fluent Arabic, IT/CS degree, and 2+ years networking/OS administration experience.
- Enterprise support experience, analytical skills, and weekend/holiday availability.
