Sr. EAP Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage partner billing cycles, prepare and submit billing files, review remittances and payment feedback, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate across teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, support automation and process initiatives, and help scale billing processes as new EAP partners are onboarded.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or related role in high-growth operational environment.
• Proven ability to improve processes using Salesforce, AMD, payer portals, and Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
• Experience applying structure and effective communication to solve problems and predict future needs.
• Experience creating actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or startup environment.
• Familiarity with diverse insurance billing types (commercial, EAP, Medicare/Medicaid).
• Tech savviness with Google Suite, Salesforce, ZenDesk, AdvancedMD/EHR.
• Expertise in revenue cycle management with focus on healthcare billing and payment posting.
