Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a multi-state HR compliance framework covering federal, state, and local employment law.
- Partner with HR and Legal to support ethics investigations and employment-related matters.
- Lead HR compliance workstream for acquisitions, including post-close onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in multi-state employment compliance.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and building compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law, including wage and hour and leave administration.
