About the Role:
- You will be the voice behind seamless VIP experiences, responding to calls and emails with empathy and creativity.
- Craft personalized solutions that reflect the luxury and care Accor is known for worldwide.
- Report to the Team Leader, Customer Care.
What You'll Do:
- Plan flawless experiences based on your recommendations in both French and English.
- Act as Concierge, proactively curating personalized travel and setting up on-site activities.
- Support Members throughout their stay, including handling restaurant reservations, transportation, and travel delays.

- $22.35 hourly, including bilingual premium, plus $1.00 shift premium after midnight.
