About the Role:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for enterprise-tier customer implementations.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering, and Technical Consultants to assess technical risks.
- Own project plans across scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget for high-ARR accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and milestones.
- Identify risks and mitigate through structured change control processes.
Qualifications:
- PMP certification required with 10+ years of project management experience.
- Strong technical acumen in APIs, system architecture, and integration concepts.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual OTE salary range of $150,000–$210,000, plus equity.
