Job Description

As a Sr. Technical Consultant, ITAM Workflow, you will serve as the functional and technical expert on a customer engagement team. You will consult with customers and configure ServiceNow ITAM products based on configuration best practices to drive customer business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise in supporting ITAM, conducting gap analysis, leading customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM Solution technology, and guiding customers in completing required documentation. You will also lead technical aspects of project delivery, develop integration and portal components, prepare customer-facing deliverables, and provide training and mentoring to other team members. Travel up to 50% annually may be required.
