Responsibilities:

  • Onboard high-value programs: You’ll provide onboarding sessions, manage timelines, remove blockers.
  • Account management: Manage a portfolio of key customers, hold meetings, handle requests, and monitor account health.
  • Expansion: Strategically expand relationships with existing customers by retaining spend and signing agreements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience working at a high-growth B2B startup
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
