Responsibilities:
- Onboard high-value programs: You’ll provide onboarding sessions, manage timelines, remove blockers.
- Account management: Manage a portfolio of key customers, hold meetings, handle requests, and monitor account health.
- Expansion: Strategically expand relationships with existing customers by retaining spend and signing agreements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience working at a high-growth B2B startup
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
