Role:
- Own the customer's first 30 days, from sales handoff to production deployment.
- Lead the kickoff, confirm scope, environments, and go-live criteria.
- Project-manage the plan and track blockers like credentials and firewall changes.
Technical:
- Diagnose implementation failures across cloud, networking, and security.
- Work in Linux production environments, deploy Docker and Kubernetes workloads.
- Provision and troubleshoot environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Collaboration:
- Partner with CS, Engineering, Product, and Sales to unblock issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and build reusable scripts and playbooks.
- Stay current on cloud, container, and security practices.
