About the Role:
- Own the project management behind our event presence, ensuring everything is ready before the team arrives.
- Coordinate vendors, logistics, and team briefing documents so the team walks in prepared.
- Capture post-event recaps and follow-up plans to improve future events.
Who You Are:
- You have experience in marketing, operations, event coordination, or project management.
- You are exceptionally organized and build systems that track every detail.
- You communicate proactively, flagging issues before they become problems.
